The Chief of Air Staff, Oludayo Amao, has revealed that the Nigeria Air Force has 38 new aircraft inducted into its inventory.
According to Amao, the latest addition to the fleet includes the 12 A-29 Super Tucano aircraft recently acquired by the government.
He noted that some of the aircraft had been deployed to tackle insecurity in some parts of the country.
The Chief of Air Staff added that the Nigeria Air Force is in a pitiable state, owing to neglect.
