United States President, Joe Biden and Russian President, Vladimir Putin has agreed in principle to a summit over the Ukraine crisis.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the office of the French President on Monday.
The statement noted that both leaders agreed to the summit so long as Moscow does not invade Ukraine.
It added that the “substance” of the summit would be worked out by US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov during a meeting planned for February 24, 2022
