Inside Google’s Massive Headquarters

Googleplex, Google’s 26-acre headquarters is a short walk from the San Francisco Bay Area and a stone’s throw away from other international offices like Apple Park and the houses of Facebook, eBay, and Netflix.

The Google headquarters, which is located in Mountain View, is named after a play on words; Google and complex. Googolplex, spelt somewhat differently, is an enormous number with a lot of zeros after it. The latter interpretation is most likely a reference to Google’s global hegemony and phenomenal success.
