Federal Government digitalizes payment of passport

The Ministry of Interior says it has digitized payment for Nigerian passport.

Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, made this disclosure during the rollout of enhanced e-passport and commissioning of Ibadan production centre, at the Nigeria Immigration Service, office in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

Aregbesola urged the citizens to avoid touts and unscrupulous officials when applying for the document.

The Minister added that the Ministry has zero tolerance for corruption and will take necessary disciplinary measures on any report against it.
