Egypt Coach Calls for Postponement of AFCON Final

Egypt’s assistant boss Diaa al-Sayed wants the Africa Cup of Nations final to be played on Monday instead of Sunday.

Al-Sayed said this will enable the team have an extra day of rest.

The Pharaohs beat hosts Cameroon on penalties, their third knock-out game to go to extra-time.

Senegal, who have won all their games in 90 minutes, beat Burkina Faso 3-1 on Wednesday.
