The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has registered 113,255 new voters in Kogi State.
The State Resident Electoral Commissioner, James Apam, made this known to newsmen and members of the Civil Society Organizations, CSOs, in Lokoja, the state capital.
Apam said it became a reality after the Expansion of Voters Access Exercise in March 2021.
The Commissioner encouraged those who are already registered and prospective voters to transfer their voting points to registration unit.
