Ukraine set to join European Union

Ukraine is set to become an official candidate for European Union, EU membership.

According to reports, EU leaders are expected to back the move at a summit to be held on June 23 and 24, 2022.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky has warned that Russia may increase its military attacks in retaliation to the decision.
