Imo State Government Commences Teachers Verification.

Imo state government has commenced teacher’s verification exercise in the state.
Speaking at the hero’s square in Owerri the state capital, Governor Hope Uzodinma stated that the verification exercise is to enable a proper disbursement of salaries and promotions, and also for the indication of ghost workers.

Uzodinma urged the teachers posted to rural areas to remain at their place of assignment unless with genuine reasons.
