Ugwuanyi Reiterates Commitment to Curb Malnutrition

Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has pledged to ratify the State Multi-Sectoral Strategic Plan of Action on Nutrition aimed at curbing stunting and malnutrition in the State.

Ugwuanyi made the pledge when a joint advocacy by the United Nations International Children Emergency Fund State field office and the State Committee on Food and Nutrition paid him a visit in his office.

The Governor, who was delighted at the concerted efforts of the joint committee, reiterated his administration’s commitment to the fight against malnutrition in the State.
