Wike Tasks Newly Sworn in Commissioners to Serve Diligently

Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike has charged the newly sworn-in commissioners to serve the state diligently.

Wike, who spoke at the swearing in of 18 new commissioners at the Executive Council Chambers of Government House, reiterated the resolve of his administration to finish strong.

He tasked every member of the State Executive Council to recommit themselves to the responsibilities assigned to them and achieve desired results.

The Governor stated that some members of the State Executive Council have taken to sycophancy while abandoning their duties.
