Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Aloy Ejimakor has accused the Department of State Services, DSS, of seizing a particular legal document from him.
Aloy Ejimakor, Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, has charged that a specific legal document was taken from him by the Department of State Services, or DSS.
He made this disclosure on X while announcing his visit to the IPOB leader who has been in the custody of the DSS since 29 June 2021.
The IPOB lawyer vowed that Kanu would not be tried under violations of that kind, adding that, “it is not a court-martial.
