INEC Yet to Receive Copy of Ebonyi Judgment

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has said it is yet to receive the certified copy of the judgment that sacked Ebonyi State Governor David Umahi and his deputy.

Chief Press Secretary to INEC chairman, Rotimi Oyekanmi, stated this, while reacting to a question about whether the commission has made a decision about the pronouncement of the court.

Oyekanmi noted that it is only when the Commission receives a copy of the judgment that it will meet and take a decision.
