Buhari Approves New NBC Board

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the reconstitution of the Governing Board of the National Broadcasting Commission NBC.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, said the board has Bashir Bolarinwa as Chairman.

According to the statement, members of the board include are Wada Ibrahim, Iheanyichukwu Dike, Adesola Ndu, Olaniyan Badmus, Bashir Ibrahim, Obiora Ilo, among others.

It added that, members of the board represent various interests as stipulated by the NBC Act and has three-year tenure.
