Navy Calls for Construction of walls across Country’s borders

The Nigerian Navy has urged the Federal Government to build a wall across the country’s borders to stop the proliferation of arms and ammunition.

This was disclosed by Jemima Malafa, who represented the Nigerian Navy, during an interactive session on a bill pending before the House of Representatives Committee on National Security and Intelligence today in Abuja.

The proposed bill is for the establishment of the National Commission against the proliferation of Small Arms and Light Weapons.
