The Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed the terrorism charges brought against IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu by the Federal Government.
Delivering judgment the presiding Judge, Oludotun Adefope-Okojie, held that the criminal charges by the Federal Government against Kanu were voided and set aside.
Justice Adefope-Okojie declared as illegal and unlawful, the abduction of the IPOB leader, from Kenya to Nigeria.
The Judge stated that the Federal Government breached all local and international laws in the forceful rendition of Kanu to Nigeria, thereby making the terrorism charges against him incompetent and unlawful.
