Sudan’s army chief has branded the Rapid Support Forces a rebellious group and ordered it be dissolved.
This comes as the paramilitary group continued battling the army in the capital and across the country for a third day.
Explosions rocked Khartoum on Monday, with the civilian death toll rising to at least 97 people and residents in their homes reporting electricity outages.
