Telecoms to increase price of Calls and SMS

Reports say telecommunication companies are proposing a 40 per cent increase in the cost of calls, SMS, and data.
This was contained in a letter written by telecommunications companies under the aegis of the Association of Licensed Telecommunication Operators of Nigeria.
According to the letter, the price of calls will increase from N6.4 to N8.95 while the price of SMS will increase from N4 to N5.61.
