Family of Boy Hit by Stray Bullet Seeks Justice

The family of Ugochukwu Dominion, who was allegedly shot dead by operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, on Monday has called on the state to look into the matter for the sake of justice.
