The Imo state Ministry of Education has warned school Principals to desist from all forms of illegal levies and extortion.
The Secretary to Secondary Education Management Board, SEMB, Adaugo Nwanedo disclosed this in a circular issued yesterday and made available to newsmen.
The circular stressed that anyone caught in the act will be drastically dealt with.
It revealed that all registrations in secondary schools attached to any text book is cancelled.
