Osun State Government has commenced the administration of COVID-19 booster doses for those who have completed two doses of AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer Bio-N-Tech and one dose of Johnson and Johnson vaccines.
The State Commissioner for Information and Civic Orientation, Funke Egbemode, disclosed this in a press briefing in Osogbo, the state capital.
Egbemode noted that people eligible for the booster dose are those who are 18 years and above.
The Commissioner urged residents and those who are in the state for the Christmas to visit the health care facilities across the state to take their COVID-19 vaccines.
