Plateau Government to Expedite Action on Kidnappers

Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong, has said he will not hesitate to sign the execution warrant of anyone convicted of kidnapping in the state.

This was contained in a statement issued by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Macham Makut, and made available to newsmen.

The statement regretted that the state is witnessing an increase in cases of kidnapping in the state.

It called on citizens to support the security agencies with intelligence that will enable pre-empt the activities of criminals who are desperate to disrupt the peace of the state.
