The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, at the Niger Delta University, Bayelsa State, has joined the one-month warning strike declared by the national leadership of the union.
This was contained in a statement jointly signed by the union chapter’s chairman, Tonbara Kingdom, and the secretary, Ebi Baraka.
The statement declared there would be no lectures, examinations, conferences, workshops, seminars and statutory meetings during the period of the strike.
