Infantino made the presentation today at the Presidential Villa Abuja.
The No. 10 jersey is iconic in football and usually worn by skillful players who have a great impact on a team.
The FIFA president was accompanied by the Confederation of African Football, CAF, President, Patrice Motsepe.
