NYSC Reaffirms Commitment To Safety of Corps Members

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC has reiterated its commitment to the security and welfare of its members.

This was disclosed by the Director-General of NYSC, Shuaibu Ibrahim during the terminal parade and closing ceremony of the 2021 Batch B, Stream II orientation yesterday at the NYSC permanent orientation camp, Ede, in Osun State.

Ibrahim said that the scheme has liaised with security agencies and other stakeholders with the view of ensuring the safety as well as addressing other essential needs of the corps members in order for them to have a fulfilled service year.

The Director called on the corps members to see themselves as image-makers for the families, the NYSC and their institutions of graduation.
