Gunmen Kill 2 At Traditional Rulers Meeting In Imo

Report says two traditional rulers in Imo State were shot dead by gunmen on Tuesday.

Confirming the report, the state’s Public Relations Officer, Michael Abattam, disclosed that the monarchs were reportedly holding a stakeholders’ meeting at the Njaba Local Council Headquarters at Nnenasam when the incident happened.

Among the monarchs confirmed dead are Eze Anayochukwu Durueburuo the Obi 1 of Okwudor autonomous community, Eze Sampson Osunwa of Ihebineowerre autonomous community.
