The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt has fixed today for ruling on an appeal brought by the suspended Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Uche Secondus against the party and 12 others.
The three-man appeal panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, fixed the date after counsels to the parties argued and adopted their final written addresses.
Secondus is seeking the suspension of the forthcoming National Convention of the Party scheduled for this weekend pending the determination of the substantive appeal.
