Science Minister Calls for Private Investments in Science

The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Ogbonnaya Onu has called for more private investments in science, technology, and innovation in Nigeria.

Onu made the call during a breakfast meeting with Nigerian entrepreneurs in Lagos State.

The Minister maintained that efforts by the Federal government to grow Science, Technology and Innovation in the country has not been enough and the need for venture capitalists is crucial to the speedy development of the sector.
