Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has said late former Governor, Christopher Alao-Akala, will be remembered for his contributions to the development of the state.
Governor Makinde, while mourning the death of Alao-Akala, said the deceased took infrastructural development to other zones of the state.
The Governor urged the good people of the State to mourn the passing of Alao-Akala and directed that flags fly at half-mast in his honor.
Alao-Akala, a former police officer, served as Deputy Governor before becoming Governor of the State.
