Federal Government Lifts Twitter Suspension

President Muhammadu Buhari has lifted the suspension on Twitter operations.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman Technical Committee Nigeria-Twitter Engagement, Kashifu Abdullahi.

The statement noted that Twitter will commence operations on January 13th, by 12 am.

It added that the approval was given following a memo written to the President by the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami.
