The Lagos State Domestic Violence and Sexual Offenses Court sitting in Ikeja has sentenced a 42-year-old man, Ekpo Lawrence to life imprisonment for defiling and impregnating his 15-year-old daughter.
In her ruling, the presiding Judge, Abiola Soladoye sentenced Lawrence after she held that the prosecution proved the case of the charge of defilement beyond a reasonable doubt.
