EFCC Releases Former Anambra Governor

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has released the former governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano.
According to reports, Obiano was given an administrative bail, and his passport was seized by the EFCC as part of his bail condition.
Recall that Obiano was arrested on Thursday at the Lagos state Airport while on his way to the United States of America.
The former governor was transferred to the headquarters of the commission, where he was quizzed over alleged mismanagement of N5billion Sure-P money and N37 billion security vote.
