Buhari Calls for Arrest of Outlaws

President Muhammadu Buhari has said outlaws must not be allowed to operate freely in the country.
A statement signed by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, commended the military for their efforts in securing the country.
The statement charged them to continue to achieve positive outcomes based on their current operational course in the North West.
It assured that the federal and state governments will do everything possible to bring an immediate end to the killings in Zamfara state.
