The Nigeria Police Force has said it can now monitor excesses on social media.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, in charge of Zone Six, Okunola Kamaldeen.
According to the statement, the donation, which is part of their corporate social responsibility, would go a long way in fighting crimes emanating from the negative use of social media.
It called on other Public entities and individuals to see crime fighting as everyone’s business.
