Reports say Nigerian Embassy in Mexico will be closed for seven days due to a fresh outbreak of COVID-19.
This was confirmed in a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the Nigerian Ambassador to Mexico, Abimbola Tooki, and made available to newsmen.
The statement revealed that six Staff members of the Embassy are infected with COVID-19, noting that the members are currently being given maximum care.
It added that the temporary closure which begins today, will allow the Embassy to be fumigated and all other precautions would be put in place.
