Obiano dissolves political appointees

Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano has relieved all political appointees in his administration of their duties.
A circular issued by the secretary to the state government, Solomon Chukwulobelu, directed all the affected political appointees, to hand over all government properties to the most senior civil servants in their respective offices latest on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
The circular advised all affected political appointees to make sure they obtained receipts for whatever property they handed to the civil servants.
It, however, commended all political office-holders for their contributions towards the success of his administration.
